Visit here regularly when visiting the area. Food is always great. Real proper home cooked food. Fish is not to be missed. Staff are always accommodating and are well trained and knowledgeable.

A meal out while staying Aboyne. A verstaile menu, served by friendly and helpful staff, in a pleasant surrounding. A busy place which only means one thing..!

Great place. Late lunch mid-week. Friendly welcome. Warm, friendly atmosphere with cozy wood burning stove. Food great and really reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Would definitely return!

Had a great pub lunch here in this quaint pub restuarant, and good choice of real ales on tap to go with the lunch, very good service too.

Friendly restaurant, good for families. Service quite slow. Food was good but not great. Had to go and ask for the dessert meal and the bill, as no one came to check whether any of the people had finished their main course

Great location next to the river Dee. Also great choice of gins. The menu is short and to the point making it easy to choose. What an excellent sirloin steak and very very good Thai chicken curry. Even served to me by a Thai! Service was good even on a busy evening
