It was like going back in time to the 1970s but it was a lovely experience. It was just as you would want your visit to be. Friendly staff, family run, with lovely Chinese food. I would certainly go back when next in Callander.

Had dinner here and although the restaurant was very quiet - nice atmosphere. Good service and food that you might expect from an average Chinese restaurant. No complaints though.

Got a very large take away from here over the weekend and we all found it very bland and overpriced. I realise that you are out of the way and the prices have to reflect that, but that has to transfer to the quality of the food but it definitely did not.

Ordered food for take out, order was wrong when I arrived but was put right and the extra item that I didn't order was taken off the bill. I feel for the quality, and compared to Chinese take aways in my local town, it's very over priced and serves very average food. We come to this location one a year... More

After performing at the callander Jazz and Blues Fest.I went to the Villlage with some friends who live quite near Callander. This is a spacious, high ceilinged place which is great cos you are not squeezed in a tight space with other people. I had a really safe typical chinese meal. Veggy pancake rolls followed by Sweet and sour chicken with... More

It's the starters that let this place down...this was our second vist to the Chinese Village (we went last year when visiting Callander) and it is easy to get a table. The starters are deep fried...everything on the mixed starter platter; including the ribs ! The main meal was better: tasty with generous portions and served hot. It's a mid... More
