Very happy with the food and customer service from this restaurant, it's selection on drinks and food are reasonable and anything you need they will help you with and it's a very cosy and comfortable place to relax especially when you're away for the weekend and don't know the area very well. If coming back to a holiday destination it... More

Popped in here for a swift half, beautiful pub. Very clean and tidy, I had a pint of ale which was spot on. Worth a visit might come good to try the food

Lovely food, brilliant pub. Totally recommend this pub. The standard of food was beautiful but was not overpriced. Portion size was large but quality not compromised.

As our third trip to the Forest of Dean draws to an end (after yet another amazing stay at Forest Holidays)it is refreshing to know that some things never change...in fact they get even better with time. We've visited The New Inn for lunch every time we've come to stay (usually in November of each year) and we've never been... More

Lovely atmosphere with lovely food. The burger is spot on, big portions. Lovely pub for the winter months with a log fire to keep you warm while you eat

Efficient even when busy, which would be often from my experience. Excellent Food with reasonable prices and very polite staff. Very Clean toilets and eating area. This Pub/Hostelry was stumbled upon on a wet Saturday drive to the Forest of Dean, what a pleasant surprise. :-]

We visited with our 2 kids who are 8 and 10. A good kids' menu and reasonably priced pub food which was well cooked and tasty. We were staying at the Forest Holidays site and it was good for our evening meal.

Don't even bother visiting this pub. Find some where that wants and values your business... Long long wait on food and average when it arrived. Why o why treat people in this way.
