Myself and 3 close friends visited frou frou today for the first time and was definitely not disappointed, the staff were so friendly and one of the younger workers "Brendan" I think was his name.talked me though the huge selection of homemade baked good all done in store!! I went for the famous raspberry and white choc scone, which was... More

Called in here on a Tuesday afternoon with my wife for coffee and cake as I had often passed by and thought it looked like a nice place. It was quiet enough when we went in with just two other tables occupied the woman behind the counter didn't acknowledge us in anyway and left to go out the back of... More

Just had one of the worst experiences ever in a coffee shop. By no means busy, in fact we were only the second occupied table. At the counter I ordered apple pie and an Americano and a chocolate brownie and tea. Was told to sit at table and our order would be brought over. Fifteen minutes later still no sign... More

Slow inefficient service, staff very young and obviously very inexperienced, average waiting time 20 mins and of the four tables occupied incorrect orders were brought to three- tea cups very badly stained which on white is very off putting although tea made with tea leaves which tasted lovely. Charged £3.95 for piece of lemon drizzle cake. Special mango and chicken... More

I was treated by a friend to coffee and cake here, it was the most beautiful cakes and coffee I have had, the portion was enormous and melt in your mouth, the hardest part was trying to decide what to choose!

Stopped here for lunch en route to Farnham Estate. Second visit and equally impressed as on first. As I require a glutenfree meal, I was not disappointed and our toasted sandwiches were hot and very tasty. Staff were very helpful and I will certainly return in the future.

As a group of 7 I was a little concerned about recommending we go here after my previous visit but I decided not to completely write it off. We all got seated at a clean tables which straight away was off to a good start. A few of us ordered breakfasts and they got mixed reviews, most didn't like the... More

This is a comfortable eaterie for morning coffee or snacks; they also offer lunch. It is pretty nondescript as regards atmosphere or ambience. The staff are not that helpful or friendly.
