Lovely spot if a bit difficult to find right by the river/ estuary. Suggest you park at the top of the drive b4 the £10 barrier and walk down. The staff were very friendly and the coffee was good. Nice setting for their evening meals.

Dropped in before with our friends who live locally - but after a hardy morning's exercise, you can't bet a bacon Bap and a cuppa here -service is friendly and just makes the whole day better!

This little cafe is set up like a little taverna with outdoor seating including some under a canopy. Perfect for warm days and evenings. A simple menu which is well cooked and reasonably priced. Fish and chips were particularly good. Friendly staff too.

We were staying on the Camping site and found this very comfortable and welcoming. The proprietors are cheeky friendly and enjoy light hearted banter. Or, you can sit quietly and soak up the view and the peace and quiet, Good cafe grub, Well worth a visit. We were there most days of our 8 day stay for various meals

We are staying at Penmarlam campsite. There is a rather steep path outside the campsite that goes down to the boatyard. Every day we were here we took our puppy down the lane, gave her a walk through the field with a public footpath through it. After her run we continued down the lane to the Quay Cafe. As it... More

We have visited this location initially on our own having been recommended by friends and found it to be wonderful. Friendly staff and beautiful food. We have returned on numerous occasions with friends and enjoyed the same service. Trevor and Alan run this place in their own style and once you get to know them it's a place I can... More

We love coming here for a pre drink in the sunshine. The ambience is quite unique - stresses just melt away. I have to thank the boys particularly for the special service & quality of food that we received when we attended a small birthday party there recently. The food choice & thoughtfulness was well received by all of us.... More

Kill me now. Sitting in this cafe( which used to be a lovely friendly place with lots of fun) is a very misserable and life sucking experience. If either of the owners could raise a smile or a civil word I would be amazed. If you have read Harry Potter then this how I imagine spending time with the dementors... More
