First visit, very impressed. Stylish modern decor in a lovely historic building, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent choice of well-kept beers. Very appealing menu, food well presented and delicious! Undoubtedly one of the very best venues in the area

The Royal Oak in Long Whatton is a very pleasant Bar/Resterant in a lovely village setting. It is very welcoming, the staff very pleasant , friendly and ready to help. The early bird menu had plenty of choice, and excellently priced.

Went here for a last minute family meal on a Friday night and it was lovely, could not pick fault with anything, the service was very good and friendly, and the price was reasonable too. Will 100% be returning 😁

We visited for Sunday lunch with the family after a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed, we had the best Sunday dinner in a long time and will definitely be visiting again. The food isn’t cheap but worth every penny. Highly recommended.
