We visited this pub on a Monday for lunch having found the pub, which we were originally going to, closed. The food really was excellent! Very friendly staff with excellent service. Whoever makes the desserts deserves an MBE!

Two of us had an impromptu Wednesday dinner here. It has a lovely cosy atmosphere unlike many echoey bare-board restaurants. We both chose Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce which was perfectly cooked with nice fresh vegetables. Service was good. We’ll be back.
