We ordered our food and drinks at the bar, sat down and waited and waited....we were expecting a 20 min wait but as it was busy we thought ok just wait a bit longer. 45 mins later finally we caught the... Whilst its not the most atmospheric of places it is what it is and it appeared clean and tidy and no plates left all over the place as you often find in Wetherspoons. Food came out pretty promptly, however what was sent out was a disgrace. There were a grand total of 12 chips on my plate, 14 on my... More

I have visited several Wetherspoon establishments and would certainly recommend this one. Food is good and hot. Staff seem to be a higher standard than some I have visited.

We usually visit here for some cheap eats when up in Ross on Wye visiting friends. Very family friendly but we haven't visited after 6pm so it is possibly busier. Food is always hot to the table and the orders are spot on. Have never had any reason to date, to complain and is certainly one of the more pleasant... More

We arrived in Ross on Wye at breakfast time but most food outlets shut got directed to Wetherspoons. Awful breakfast, food was cold, coffee stewed. Never going there again !

Steak Tuesdays provide excellent value for money. Lovely clean and spacious building. Great atmosphere. Cheap drinks. Good staff. They barmaid did originally mishear and get our food order wrong but it was very quickly put right with an apology.
