This pub had been recommended so we decided to visit and I am glad we did. I had faggot's and mash with vegetables. It was delicious. I then had a lemon pie. Again, delicious. The service was excellent. I thoroughly recommend this pub to anyone.

I like a good pub at lunchtime. And this is a damn good pub. The beer choice is good. My pint of Proper Job wasn't bad - though a bit cold for my taste. If that's coming up from a cold cellar there's not a...More
