Walking in we received a walk welcome & chose a table under the mirror. We ordered 2 cream teas. This consisted of a scone each with strawberry jam & fresh clotted cream & a choice of tea or coffee. The scones were of a decent size & full of fruit. These scones aren't as big as Bents but they are... More

Had a lovely full English breakfast accompanied by a pot of tea. My partner had the tuna and mayo jacket potato. Both meals were lovely and service was excellent. Would try again!

The staff spilled the coffee. The cakes were not fresh. The food was not tasty. The forks were dirty. The serving was not good.

I visited here with friends, we booked a few weeks in advance and had a lovely table by the window. The place is very well presented and the staff are attentive. However, we chose the christmas afternoon tea £28 for two people, this does not include drinks just one pot of tea, you are allowed one sandwich each, one cake... More

Not enough tea to sustain us during the lengthy wait for the meal. Toast served with unwanted matter on one corner which had to be sent back. Card reader failed and we were expected to leave the cafe and return with cash - the suggestion was that we undertook this immediately. Furthermore, we were asked for our vehicle registration! Glazebury... More
