Chosen as dog friendly and we had a baby. Directed immediately to a side room. Unfriendly and not a nice room. Order taken by waitress who was obviously feeling poorly. Confirmed when overheard her making a doctors appointment whist we waited for our order. Fortunately the soup had run out so we cancelled food and left. Hope baby doesn't get... More

A small tea room near Dunkeld Cathedral. Good range of home bakes. We had the soup which was very tasty as was the accompanying soda bread. There was also a listen free option.

We were thrilled to find this lovely quaint little cafe, but that's where the thrill stopped for us. We were a group of two families, 9 altogether, and they got us seated, and took our order for food. The waitress seemed to be having a bad day; she didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all. Before the... More

Good value and nice coffee. Cake was OK, although its shame more menu options weren't available on the day. Excellent service.

Visited this cafe on a very cold and wet Saturday afternoon. Walked into a lovely warm, cozy and welcoming space. After some considerable deliberation over what cake we would try as they was so much choice we had some homemade victoria sponge which was to die for and a lovely hot mug of hot chocolate. Staff friendly will definately go... More

Originally wanted to try here for lunch but they do not welcome buggies... Ok then! Off to find somewhere else as I refused to leave my buggy in the rain on the street. I understand it's a small setting but there was adequate room for a small stroller. So stopped in later for a take away coffee and cake. Was... More

Stopped at Spill the Beans Cafe with my partner on a cold day looking for some soup to warm us up. We were met by an abrupt waitress who explained that they had ran out of the soup of the day, and instead we settled for an alternative. We were shocked to find that tap water was not available and... More

My two young children, partner and myself dropped by as we were heading for a walk on the Heritage trail. What better meal to have than stoavies. I asked what mini and full portions were....to be told the mini was a half portion and the full was....you get the picture? Yes, well the sizes were miniature and then mini. One... More

When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome as we were shown to our table. The waitress was by friendly and could no do enough for us. There was a wide variety of sandwiches which were well presented, the scones with jam and cream were delicious as was the cakes we selected. The tea came in individual pots and... More

Wooden tables with cast iron bases' painted chairs and a warm welcome. We pride ourselves in making great tea and coffee with all our staff being trained in how to make the perfect froth to grace the best triple scored coffee. Tea has been chosen to compliment the local water conditions.A fantastic selection of cakes, from light crisp and chewy meringues to light Victoria Sponges to Macaroons and Apple Pies with pastry to die for.... all made in our small but busy kitchen. We invite walkers in and if your best friend is a dog bring them too ...we have an outdoor area which is smoke free so at last we can sit outside and be able to assured that the table next to you will not be smoking. Closed on Tuesdays. Though we will be open throughout the year.
