We ate here, as we were on our holiday and it is just round the corner from where we were staying. Pleasant pub, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the pub itself was lovely. The food was okay, not a great vegetarian menu. But all in all a pleasant evening was had.

We visited recently in a small group, on a Saturday afternoon. We had intended on eating, as food is advertised all day. However, the restaurant was closed. Not a great start. After deciding to stay for a drink, we walked through to the bar area. The barmaid was busy texting on her phone and there was only one customer standing... More

We waited ten minutes but no one showed so we left. We tried again Sunday afternoon but it was the same situation so waited five... More

Generous portions of very good food served in pleasant surroundings by friendly and efficient staff. Can't fault it for value for money.

Cosy Inn. Good menu..Unfortunately a bit hit and miss... Sunday lunch is usually good..They can't seem to get kids meals right...my daughter has ordered burger here a few times and the bun is always stale hard and mirowaved to within an inch of its life. Currys are nice... steaks are never cooked quite right but if you have walked back... More
