Called here on a windy Sunday in January to get warmed up and had the most fabulous seafood chowder! The food was high quality - huge prawns and mussels, non-greasy chips and flaky fish! But if you don't like seafood they have a wide choice...More

Popped in here today for a cup of tea. I ordered the cream tea, which comprises a good sized pot (I requested Earl Grey), and a large fruit scone, lightly spiced and served warm with jam and clotted cream. It was very good value, the...More

Had lobster roll with salad and chunky triple fried chips for under a tender. Very good. Fabulous view, lots of space. Cheerful decor. Only came across this cafe because all our usual favourites were shut, but I am glad they were, otherwise we would never...More

Served a cold seafood chowder this afternoon. Sent it back. Came back hot but still not right. Curdled. Frozen perhaps then defrosted in microwave? Prawns like bullets. Extremely ill all afternoon. Will definitely never return.

A very warm welcome. Dog offered water and a chew. Quick service and a very substantial meal of fish and chips and the trimmings. Thank you.

Simply lovely. My partner and I both had a crispy bacon and chicken sandwich, which arrived piping hot with a decent fresh salad. The coleslaw is amazing, good tea and great latte, although the latte could have been larger.

We ended up here as Leeds Fisheries were closed which is where we normally eat in Scarborough. I had the Fiver Friday (chips, fish, mushy peas, bread and butter, tea or coffee) and my other half had garlic king prawns and a side salad. She...More
