Great food amazing service. We visited this wonderful cafe for breakfast and although we all ordered different things ranging from scrambled egg on toast to a large breakfast it all arrived together piping hot and freshly cooked. The value for money was so good that I challenged the young lady who served us and asked if she had charged me enough. The next time we are in Skegness we will definitely be back.

We went for breakfast and ordered 2 small full English. I'm particularly fussy about sausage and had the option to replace the normal one with a Lincoln sausage which I did ,and also they replaced tinned tomatoes with fresh ones. It came with toast butter and jams. We also had two tea and had a large pot between us. Everything was generous portions and cooked very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cafe.

Down here on a little bus trip (Driver) I hate paying corporate chains my money & I always try & support small independent businesses whenever possible. Looked on internet and discovered this perfect little cafe excellent prices & good quality.
The service was very quick efficient and very friendly staff. Waited on you immediately and I never had to leave my seat. Nothing was a bother them . Great home cooked food .. I went two days running and had the amazing full English Breakfast then a Sunday Lunch of roast beef and it came with everything you could wish for . Absolutely fantastic meals . I sat outside under canopy in the sun as it was a warm day . Well worth a visit if you’re on hols down here 😇

From the minute you walk in you are made to feel very welcome especially when Michelle is on. Although all the staff are lovely. Service is quick and always with a smile, All the food we have tried on the menu is lovely, always hot very tasty all cooked to perfection.. The portion size is a very good portion. The prices are very reasonable. The desserts are lovely as well.
We love coming to this cafe.

A nice local cafe, we visited for breakfast, felt like a family owned place and staff work really hard to accommodate you. It was cash only, there was cash point next door, so be mindful before going. Food felt very homely, much needed before a day out exploring.

The cosy corner cafe is a lovely cafe with friendly staff and brilliant food ,I have a nut allergy and asked the front of house if any nuts are used in the meal i chose they informed me what I can have and also asked the chef/owner the exact ingredients he used, to double check. We all had a extremely delious meal and enjoyable experience,
we advice people to visit this cafe because we will definitely be returning

This eatery is amazing! Yes it is a short walk from the centre but is well worth the effort. We hadn’t been to Skegness for quite a few years so we didn’t know where to eat. Looking at the reviews we gave it a go. So here we go… decor✔️warm and friendly greeting ✔️cleanliness✔️quality and quantity ✔️price✔️customer service✔️ We have been back again to Skegness 4 times and have always had breakfast here. Locals are always in so that’s a good sign but all customers are treated equally. We always ask for no tomatoes and I’m convinced that the chef doubles our bakes beans to make up for it! Give it a go you will surely be impressed.

One of the best breakfast we have had in very long time. The waitress was very polite and considerate with my sister who as an allergy. The food was cooked really well and really hot when served. With both the large and medium breakfasts were served with a wide selection of sauces and also included a selection of jams and marmalade. It was a really cosy, homely atmosphere. If ever we visit Skegness again we will certainly be dining here. Highly recommend, it’s a lovely hidden gem. The owner and staff should be very proud of themselves with the food and service they provide.

Following a Trip Advisor ‘ Worthy places to eat in Skegness’ we booked to have lunch today ( 8th July 22 )
We highly recommend The Cosy Corner.
A well laid out cafe , clean and beautiful decor. A varied menu to choose from. Lots of ‘home cooked ‘ options with well cooked good sized portions that are excellent value for money . Service was prompt with all meals arriving together and piping hot. We had homemade chicken pie and homemade steak pie as main course. I also had the homemade apple crumble with custard. Also a good portion served piping hot . Excellent service, pleasant , friendly staff . VERY good value for money

What a great little traditional cafe this is. We visited for breakfast after seeing the good reviews on trip advisor and was not disappointed. The breakfast was reasonably priced and included a full English with hot drink & toast, everything was freshly cooked & piping hot, served by the very polite waitress with a smile. Next time we’re in Skegness we will definitely be returning to this cafe.

Called in here at New Year as read all the rave reviews of how good the breakfast was! Very warm welcome from staff and good service from them. My one big gripe about this place is superb breakfast BUT, why use cheap, horrible sausages??? I just never understand this! all good except 2 cheap sausages that barely have a scrap of meat in them! can I suggest you do a budget breakfast for those that don't care and shop on price alone and maybe offer a luxury breakfast with a local butchers sausages? I would happily pay the extra for better quality, it really is the difference between going back again and trying somewhere else next time I am looking for a full english. Sorry if I sound critical but regular customers keep businesses going. Buy your sausages from a local quality butchers and shout it from the roof tops! not cheap and nasty that I would not give to my dog. I may well call in again soon and see if you listen to your customers :)

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you've had such an unpleasant experience with us. Although our sausages may not be to your taste, all of our regular customers enjoy the sausages we serve and we can assure you they are not cheap.
We do however offer other sausages too, such as our linconlshire sausages wich we also buy at our local butchers. Hopefully you will have a better experience with us next time.

As soon as we walked through the door we was met by a friendly smiley lady, I follow the Keto way of eating(no sugar, low carb) and nothing was too much trouble! The food was lovely and hot and cooked to order, very tasty too, it was a proper treat, both my husband and I couldn’t fault the breakfast absolutely lush! We both said we will def be back again and are going to come back once a month for a little treat! Keep up the great work!

The best food, the best service, the best value for your money. Excellent place to eat any meal available. Tried at least 25 - 30 other places over the past 5 years and this eatery is by far the best in Skeggy. Always go there to eat either breakfast or lunch menus.

Excellent value, clean and friendly cafe. The owner could not have been more helpful, the menu varied and our meals on both of the days we visited were piping hot, very ample quantity, freshly made and of great quality ingredients. I had the haddock and chips on one occasion in particular and it was really good.
All five in our party had a lovely time in a relaxed atmosphere, chatting and catching up after a long time apart.

Wow what a busy little place! We arrived for when they opened at 8.30am and within 10 minutes it was full. We ordered a big breakfast each £5.50 and it was huge, 2 sausage, loads of bacon, mushrooms, hash brown, 2 eggs, (we asked for no black pudding) fried bread, baked beans and tinned tomatoes. Plus it came with a plate of toast with butter and selection of jams! To say we were stuffed was an understatement but it certainly kept us going all day ! We had a pot of tea and milky coffee to wash it all down lol ! All for the price of £14 in total ! Excellent value. Service was good, faster than I expected and a nice clean environment. Great place and would eat here again that’s for sure.
