Came across the Queen Victoria on a quiet Sunday morning, just a couple of minutes walk from the Pier. Initially went in for drinks, but ended up having lunch. Every time we go to eat at the Vic whether it's as a couple or with family and friends we always have a great meal ~ proper home cooking. The staff are always lovely and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful ~ would highly recommend it!!

We ate here twice and on both occasions the food was superb. The Sunday roast was very good value for money - plenty of tender meat and well presented. The staff are very accommodating and are very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

A most welcoming public house. Lovely efficient staff. The food was excellent, different to pub chain food.

Enjoyed several Sunday roasts here. Reasonable price and tasty. Basic pub menu but all good. Nice cosy atmosphere.

Typical pub fare ranging from pies to lasagne to burgers (including exotic burgers such as kangaroo!) served by friendly staff in pleasant atmosphere.
