Been here twice over the last few months, and it'll probably be a while before I go back. First time for lunch, the fish soup was way too thick and not very nice with a sour taste. Non of us finished it, and went to get lunch from a different place instead. It was also overpriced. Second time for dinner.... More

Went tried Smia for good fish and service. This place is busy but well worth the wait which isn't very long. The service is great and for someone who can't read Norwegian waiter is glad to explain in English. Started off with a Oakes Whale (Rott Vanelval) which is very good also home made bread butter and crackers with brown... More

Nice and really old building, actually a blacksmith`s workshop, makes an exceptional backdrop for local food served in authentic surroundings. A little expensive though, but might be the best restaurant in town. Enthusiastic and welcoming staff.

Nice location, a bit open space but still cosy atmosphere. Food was ok, solid portions but nothing special really. Personally I prefer the Brasserie or Thone Hotel when in town.

The restaurant is in an old building close to the central station not far from the harbour. Food is good but expensive. Service is good but unpersonal.

We were convinced to try kilppfish but as we both were more tempted with the salmon , we decided to order one of each and share. We were not disappointed. We ordered a bottle of wine however as it eas not already chilled we were offered another more expensive bottle at the same price. The service was commendable. We thoroughly... More

After being highly recommended this fish restaurant in Kristiansund, I reserved a table for me and my wife. The restaurant is located in a nice building with a history. It has a nice atmosphere. The service was ok - one of the waitresses spend a lot of time with a certain couple - ignoring the other guests. We chose klippfisk... More

This place used to be a great place to get Your chow in a cosy enviroment. Their prices could be justified by a great meny and well prepared local food. Now, new owners and a different concept makes this place a one time visit restaurant. Everything is way overpriced. The portions are supersmall. We had the Klippfisk wich was good,... More
