Excellent atmosphere, good choice, good food and good value for money! Very friendly and helpful staff. So nice to have somewhere like this in Fana where there is a real shortage of eating places.

We had a beef salad and a chicken salad (170 NOK each) which were both really good. Portions were generous and I thought this was a really good price after spending a week travelling in Norway. Service was great with some little nice touches such...as free taster of smoked trout before the meal and a shot of smoothie at the end. Nice little restaurant/bistro in the centre of Nesttun serving the best value for money food around.

I know that Norway is not known for good food and Le Chef dies not disappoint. I had a burger for lunch and it was clear that the proprietor (note that I avoided the word restaurateur) had no interest in dispelling Norway's reputation for bad...food. The burger bun was likely defrosted in a microwave before being served. The burger patty was not made in the store or anywhere close. It came from one of those frozen packages. The French fries were greasy and soggy. My recommendation is not to eat here. There is a MacDonald's in Bergen that serves much better burgers. That is amazing.More

20minutes outside Bergen, with Bybanen, you find the best tomato-soup! Good water from a bottle and nice service.

It's great to have a nice cafe in Nesttun. Friendly and helpful staff make this the closest we'll get in Norway to a nice British tea shop.

Very nice waiter and extremely nice food. Great feel from the start and everyone here seems to enjoy it. Good atmosphere. Would definitely come back again. Good music.
