Very quiet as the hotel was closing the next day for the holidays. That said the service was friendly and the food good.

We booked lunch. To be honest for a well known restaurant it was average. There was two fish dishes on offer. The potatoes were over cooked and the fish just okay.

We were here for a quick lunch during work. I chose the all time classic Cesars Salad. I dont mind that eateries recreate their own version rather than only serving the famous old classic. However, I do expect the dressing to be true to its original and not just any type of creamy dressing and unfortunately there wasnt the classical... More

Good service, nice atmosphere and very good food. Famous for the lunch menu, I tried a dinner menu with colleagues, and both the entrè and dessert were fantastic - unfortunately the main course (Cod) were on the salty side, but they compensated with free dessert amongst others. I'd recommend it for early dinner or lunch, but for a really romantic... More

My husband and I happened upon this restaurant when we were walking around Bergen, Norway---The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was absolutely delicious, particularly the freshly sliced bread served with aioli---The service wasn't great, but the food made up for it---We'd love to go back again.

This restaurant is located inside the Scandic Neptun hotel. It is small and cosy. The atmosphere was relaxed and I enjoyed the whole experience after a long drive in the rain storm that brought 100 mm of rain in 24 h. Because of this storm we decided to "eat in at the hotel" and had dinner at Pascal Mat and... More

There are a not a lot of nice restaurants open for lunch in Bergen, so this place was a wonderful surprise. Pascal has a small, but excellent lunch menu including a fish soup that is without-a-doubt the best that we've had in Norway so far. The broth was made of langostino and the soup filled with large chunks of white... More

There was a lot of fish on the menu and not so much meat. The food was good. A little slow even when the restaurant was not full.
