This was a particular highlight for our trip to Oslo. The waitress was lovely and very helpful, informing us of levels of spice relative to Indian cuisine. On top of this, we were given complimentary lentil soup as "you don't get much free in Oslo and you must try it" which was lovely! Rice and dips were included with the... More

Ate here last night on our last night in Oslo and really enjoyed the food and the service. Dal Shorba was complimentary as was rice with the vegetarian dishes we ordered. Also complimentary were the pickle, raita and other accompaniments Servings were generous and in fact we couldn't finish even though it was all very tasty The owner came by... More

Nice and cozy atmosphere though the view could be a bit better. The service is excellent. Food is of good quality and the variation of dishes is good

I Had the pleasure to eat my evening meal one evening here at Mehfel. From the exterior and also the interior it does not stand out as something extraordinary. But once dinner is served, it is truly a remarkable good value for money! Servings are plentiful. Service is smiling, polite and personal. The taste is as special as you would... More

Being of Pakistani heritage and away from home cooked food, this place was just what I was craving. The mango chicken dish is a new twist but I really liked it. Service was delightful and the decor and ambience made this a chilled but sophisticated place to spend an evening. When you travel alone, it can sometimes be a little... More

Wow! My mom and I were walking by just looking for a place to get a bite to eat after a long day exploring oslo. We were greeted by the most friendly server who promptly sat us at a nice table in the window. She was helpful in helping us decide which meals to have as well as providing some... More

I’ve been frequenting this restaurant for the past year and have enjoyed every visit. There are some unique and creative dishes such as the Mango Chicken, which are definitely worth a try. Service is excellent and overall the ambiance is very welcoming. Will definitely keep going and would highly recommend fellow foodies to as well.

We have been to a lot of restaurants in Oslo, but this is by far the best foodexperience! we have had this summer! Unfottunally it`s located in a area where you don*t expect to find a restaurant, even though it*s close to the main streets.
