Went here for anniversary dinner. Food is good, but service could be better. Prices are high even for Oslo.

The place is busy and recommend making reservations to find a good table. The food is good and service excellent. The location is excellent especially close to the Parliament. The crispy beef is a speciality.

Nice upscale chinese restaurant at the right addresse in town. 3 people for dinner on a monday night, busy but not crowded. Tables are close together so no place for private discussions. We however got a table down stairs with some privacy. When you order...More

We ate here at the suggestion of our hotel staff. We paid 1,000 Kroner for a modest meal. The robata tiger shrimp (2) were overcooked, if flavorful. The dim sum Kurv consisted of four items, one of which, the scallop, was excellent. The seafood dish,...More

Very nice interior and good service for the best Chinese food experience in town. I had a stew with various vegetables and types of meat and it was delicious. The place is a bit pricey but you get value for your money.

Food is still good at this place that used to be Oslo's number one for fine, Chinese cuisine, but service level is way too low. Upon arrival on a cold October night, we asked for a table in a warm place. We got the table...More

When I go to a Chinese restaurant, I would like to have greens as bak choi and not asparagus. But I'm not a fan of Asian-fusion and I wish someone told me about this. Don't get me wrong, the dim sum is great and so...More

Description
Dinner Restaurant has served food from our Szechuan and Cantonese kitchen in the heart of Oslo since 1989 and are proud to continue offering our guests an exciting journey through Chinese food culture. Traditionally, the Chinese meal consists of many different dishes that are shared between guests at the table in order to create a more social dynamic around the meal time. Our menu is structured in such a way that this style of eating is possible with us. Please ask your waiter if you would like to know more about the dishes and produce used. We would also like to share that all of Dim Sum is made here in the restaurant and the Mango Pudding is still made by the same cook that made it back in 1989.
