Went here with some colleagues. Had three courses and especially the starter (boullabaisse) and main course (lamb) was very tasty. Also the house wine worked well with the food. The service was splendid and the location central and in a cozy environment.

Fantastic service and food. The extensive wine list has very good wines to meet all budgets. Food is not cheap but is excellent so there is good value for money here (Oslo prices). There is a good relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and you do...More

The food is good, not very good. The service is quick and the restaurant is well kept but on the cold side.

Since the very beginning, 25 years ago, this restaurant in Oslo's Grünerløkka has been renowned for its excellent food, wide selection of wines and friendly service. Business people relax in the homely atmosphere for a good meal and friends gather for an informal evening out. The menu features lamb and crayfish as specialities, when in season. Next door is Norway's very first winebar, Dr. Kneipp's, with a wine list of hundreds of vintages, and a very reasonably priced dish of the day.
