Properly made black tea and a tasty croissant made for a good breakfast. Modernist décor. Good location near the US Embassy and the Nationaletheatre train station.

As you would expect, both coffee and cakes are good at Pascal. A bit to fancy for my taste. I prefer the "home-made" style. But a nice place to stop for a break while exploring Oslo.

This is always my first port of call when in Oslo. Lovely food, generous portions, great wines, very reasonably priced...and of course dessert, served with Valldal raspberries. Such a treat! The staff are young, exuberant, and professional. That professionalism shines throughout the whole establishment. Always busy, always buzzing, with such a great vibe.

Our Croque Monsieur with smoked ham and mature cheddar served with mixed salad was excellent. The service was friendly and very professional as well. But the acoustics in the restaurant was terrible. Look for more reviews by MulleEllum.

This is a nice place to stop, particularly if on the way back to downtown from the sculpture park. The highlight was the dessert with the small cake and marinated raspberries. It was absolutely delicious.

Pascal, better then I expected, Prompt service, short Menu, attractive plate, busy and active athmosphere, lunching people looked frequent clients, mostly young generation, and they definetly know what they are doing. Coming to this restaurant was a very correct chose. I have also seen a very tempting Pastry bank, but did not try, should be a miss! CCAKATA

Pascal has the best chocolates I have ever tasted. They melt in the mouth and release all the flavours, amazing experience.

Pascal has become one of those restaurants/cafés that everyone in Oslo knows about. Good marketing perhaps. Or because the owner is in a TV show. Pascal is simply not worth it. It has a great location in Henrik Ibsens gate (there is another branch in the Kvadraturen area which had a great ceiling. It is listed, I believe), and apparently... More

Serves typical Norwegian and Nordic food, efficient, not too expensive. The desserts are great, the homemade petit fours etc are just great.

In 1998 Pascal became the Royal Palace's neighbour when this large, modern café and restaurant opened in Henrik Ibsens gate. Pascal is famous for its delicious French pastries, but you can also enjoy a nice espresso, a warm lunch, a quick dinner at the bar or a gourmet meal in the restaurant in the evening. Pascal Dubuy opened his first café in Tollbugata in 1995, and Oslo's city centre now has four Pascals in the following locations: Tollbugata, Ullevalsveien, Bygdoy allé and Henrik Ibsens gate.
