A great choice of traditional and local tapas with a cozy laidback atmosphere and freindly staff. And a good value ! We had the Tapas & a Glass offer for 199 that they serve untill 19.00 I think. It was a hreat tasteplatter with a dtink of choice! Book a table! They were very popular

Wonderful Tapas restaurant. Nordic aswell as more traditional tapas. Delicious! Great service and extra fun to sit on swings to eat (easier than it sounds!) (not all tables)

Overall very nice. Bit slow on the drinks but food was good and on a par price wise with other restaurants. Cute 'swing' seats as well. Would happily eat there again. Wine very expensive but it's Tromso.

A very good tapas restaurant. Nice seating and atmosphere and friendly service. Excellent food. Not that cheap but certainly worth it.

Good variation of items, we liked particularly the king crab and the tomato salad. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a great meal here and even splashed out on a glass of wine and a beer. This shows that their prices are reasonable for Norway where a basic pizza place in Oslo charges £100 for a bottle of wine! Very tasty tapas - loved the reindeer. Which also wasn't too dear!

My boyfriend had read reviews on trip advisor on places to dine and we chose this place given our liking for tapas when in Barcelona so we thought we would like to try the arctic version. Salt cod, fresh crab and cured reindeer make for lovely tapas! We were not brave enough to sit on the swings but had a... More

After 4 nights of good 3-course dinners (and bun-fight breakfasts) courtesy of Hurtigruten we looked for a restaurant in Tromso that offered significant choice and freedom from fixed menus. We found exactly what we wanted at Presis. Tapas within the Arctic Circle; great concept. We enjoyed unusual takes on King crab and fresh mussels followed by finely sliced reindeer followed... More

Went with my wife. They found us a table sitting on swings even though we had not booked. Tapas in Norway sounds wrong but it was first rate. I would recommend it but best to book.
