Based upon the recommendation from our hotel concierge at the Alstadt, we walked the short distance to Wiener. It was a balmy night in Vienna so we were able to sit outside. The waiter was amazing and managed to wait all of the tables while...More

Had a superb meal with my friend for my birthday here. Our waiter was a delight, very friendly. Place had a warm atmosphere and the food was amazing. We had two glasses of prosecco each, water and two courses for just over 85 euros. It...More

Really nice place. It was quite close to our hotel. I've seen people saying it's hard to find but if you use google maps it'll take you right to its' door step. I've ordered chicken with risotto and my husband had schnitzel. We both enjoyed...More

Very friendly waiting staff despite them being very busy (on a random Tuesday eve). We ordered the Viennese snitzel and the chicken risotto and both were utterly brilliant. Great atmosphere and decor too.

This restaurant is not easy to find, so we were pleased of the recommendation via our Hotel. The service is typically Viennese - VERY SLOW! We sat down for 2 hours for 2 courses, and that was only because we asked for the bill at...More

Had a great dinner with wonderful service. We made a reservation which I would certainly recommend doing on a weekend night. There wasn't a huge selection of gluten free options, but they were able to make the Wiener schnitzel GF which was a nice treat....More

Restaurant Wiener offers you the typical Austrian cuisine with its friendly waiters. It has such a cosy and romantic environment that it could be a preferable place for romantic/special events. Every person who waited on us were rather friendly. We have ordered Zwiebelrostbraten (Fried sirloin)...More

This is still a must stop for me when back in Vienna. The atmosphere is typical Vienna. It’s hard to explain but I guess it is very welcoming, relaxed and cozy. The food is like you would have at Oma’s house. Assuming of course she...More

Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries,
arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde
shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with
cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make
for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and
art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at
Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a
perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
