Café Diglas close to Freyung in Vienna's 1st district is a busy place for breakfast and lunch. Food is very good, service is friendly and helpful,

Needed a place near to the hotel. A return to Vienna so weiner schnitzel and small beer seemed appropriate followed by apfel strudel and a melange. All excellent. Good atmosphere with pianist followed by some excellent amateurs.

Came to Vienna restaurant always good emotions! Last time was in this restaurant in the citycentre, there was much more comfortable then here! Good desert and very friendly personal!

Real people, superb pastries and cakes, excellent coffee and no tourists. This is what I wanted to find, not the showy glitz of the Cafe Central. I would go here every day if I lived in Vienna.

Found this place by accident staff friendly and helpful food was lovely loved my scrambled eggs served in coffee cup and the coffee was definitely a favourite for me
