Might Need to be booked in advance, since nearby samsung headoffice staff all seem to rush in there. Quality without any doubt, big serving sizes wont leave u hungry. Been there many times, with foreign guests, all of them liked it. staff ok, prices ok.

The pizzas at eatalico are larger than normal and quite tasty. I usually ask for Marguerita with has the better taste of all. They also have good salads. Service is average, I would say. Typically austrian, not too friendly but not unpleasant. Due to the large quantity of tourists they are slowly becoming better at servicing foreigners.

First, I love the interior of the restaurant because it is very modern. Second, there is enough choice on the menu (you can ask for an English menu, I don't test the French one 😜of course). Third, the service is not too quick. All the waiters are available. Fourth, the foods are very good and we feel Italy in the... More

It is New Year's Day today and we were searching for restaurants in Vienna given most of them are closed today. My boyfriend and I skipped lunch and we went to Eatalico for dinner with an empty stomach. We ordered so much that was enough to feed 4 people! A salad, a tomato soup, pasta and a pizza. The portion... More

I loved this place. The pizzas are huge and mouthwatering. First time we went there, we ordered a pizza each and took half of each as take away. The second time we visited, we shared a pizza between two and it was perfect. I wish I can go back and revisit!

I would describe this restaurant as a good place for a quick not expensive meal. The place is spacious which is convenient if you visit it with the children. The service was OK. I couldn't call the waiters very friendly or nice but they were quite fast and helped with all my requests (extra plates, glasses etc.). The menu is... More

Went here twice, once for dinner and once early evening before a flight. Reasonable quality at decent prices. Large portions - too large for me. Pizzas were massive - you'll need a doggy bag or share one. Good for unpretentious, well-priced pasta/pizza.

On the last night of our stay on Vienna we stopped by this restaurant after reading the top few good reviews. The food was good, with decent portion sizes, however, the service was terrible. Even though there was only 2 of us, our starters were served separately in a large time interval in between, and secondly, my partner's main meal... More

We ordered starters and then pizza (which we thought was a normal size as it wasn't stated). It was only when it was served were we told it was the house special at 44cm. It just wasn't possible to eat it all - even though it was delicious. Good price menu and reasonably priced drinks. Good service from friendly staff.

This is such a cozy place - I love the new one by Stubentor. Pizzas are really big so you could likely order one for two people! The caprese salad delicious and I also recommend the insalata mista! Prices are really good as well :)

Staying in Leopoldstadt

Neighbourhood Profile
Leopoldstadt
Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The second district has witnessed a turbulent ride, from medieval swamp to vibrant Jewish quarter, from pleasure ground for the noble and humble to current hip residence and workplace of Vienna’s creative crowd. Cross the Danube Canal from the city centre and take in life on Taborstrasse with its mix of old townhouses, churches, theatres, discount shops and ethnic restaurants. Head for Augarten via Karmelitermarkt, Leopoldstadt’s trendy marketplace. Baroque Augarten itself hosts a bizarre mix of manicured hedges and flowerbeds in front of a colossal World War II defense tower, the publicly accessible 300-year-old Augarten porcelain manufactory, the palatial boarding school and funky concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir, and the modern art museum TBA21. At its opposite corner, The Prater not only houses the Giant Ferris Wheel but blends a bustling amusement park with lush woodland, perfect for a bike tour. Further east is the old derby racing ground of Krieau.
