The bar is stunning, hiding under an old underpass. However, while I definitely recommend visiting, here's a few tips; 1) it's hard to find if you don't know where it is! Rear of the opera house, look for the Purple Rabbit and accompanying neon sign. 2) coat check in - €2 per item, and you can't take anything in. Pay... More

Very fun and impressive dinner club. Food is amazing and live music is good. Unique setting. Worth the experience albeit quiet expensive.

To celebrate the 18 birthday of my grandson, I invited familily members for a dinner in the Albertina Passage. The waiter's behavior was strange from the beginning. He made it quite clear, that no change of the 4 or 3 stage menue at "our restaurant" is possible! The way he told us this was rather bossy and the remaining service... More

We went there with my boyfriend for a dinner and to have some drinks. Everything was perfect. Food was tasty, service was appropriate, atmosphere was really relaxing except the fact that before live music starts you always can hear the metro above. We decided to take the menu and I asked the waitress whether I could take burrata instead of... More

Visited here with a party of 15 and it was very good. Cocktails were superb. Dinner was very well cooked and presented. After dinner jazz band entertainment was very good. Service was good. I would recommend to others.

My husband and I were looking for a way to adjust to jet lag on our first night in Vienna (after traveling from the US). After dinner, we received the suggestion of Albertina Passage. While I am always one to give something a go, I really wasn't interested in gong to a dance club that would be filled with 20... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
