Good local Italian restaurant. Broad range of eating options - mainly Italian but with token Viennese as well. My tuna salad starter was enormous and I barely finished an excellent chicken main course. My wife's pizza was top notch too. Dessert was out of the question. Two glasses of excellent Montepulciano and a total bill of less than €40

Have eaten here a couple of times on two different trips to Vienna, having stayed at Holiday Inn it was very convenient! Food was very good and good sized portion and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Italian Restaurant. Good service, food comes fast, great lunch deals. The Pizza wasn't the most striking but their Pasta dishes are very good.

We accidently passed by on our first night. The atmosphere was kind of casual, nothing exciting, but the food was great. I had a nice, fresh, crispy tuna salad and great risotto verdura. Husband and kids loved their pizza's. Prices are ok. Service is friendly.

This restaurant is really good. We went 4 nights out of 6 whilst staying at the Holiday Inn. I had pasta, pizza and chicken schnitzel and they were all excellent. the waiter is very nice and prices are reasonable.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in the Margareten section of Vienna. They gave us a map of local restaurants and one night we decided to try this one. I had the Risotto Fruita de Mare. The second time we ate there I had it again and this time my wife did too. None in our group of 6 were... More

I went there by coincidence as the cafe I was planning to go was closed for lunch break. The service and environment is really good. I had vegetable soup, spinach pasta and regular pizza. They were all really tasty. Considering the perfect location in downtown Vienna, the price is pretty reasonable.

Close to Holiday Inn nearby, this place offers a good alternative to hotel food. We did not order Italian (although the menu clearly is) instead ordered typical German dishes such a wiener admire and spare ribs for our family. The portions were good. Each dish included roasted potatoes and the salads were done nicely. We arrived outside of normal lunch... More

Staying in Margareten

Neighbourhood Profile
This former working class district blends hip eateries and avant-garde cinema with a time travel into 1950s Vienna. Feel the district’s pulse at Margaretenhof and Schlossquadrat. 19th-century Margaretenhof is a local icon, yet has very non-Viennese architecture with its brick structure and cast-iron verandas. The nearby urban Renaissance castle of Schlossquadrat houses several restaurants. In the summer you can sit in its romantic shady courtyard over Schnitzel and Kracherl (traditional fizzy syrup). Siebenbrunnenplatz and its surrounding shops and grocery stores have remained virtually unchanged in the past 60 years: taking a walk there is like stepping into a 1950s film set. Speaking of movies, head to avant-garde cinema Filmcasino in the evening. It often stages foreign language cult films.
