I had breakfast here 3 times during my recent stay at the Imperial and each day I enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast. I was warmly greeted and served promptly. The buffet featured a wide selection of breads, cheese, cold meats and an egg station where...More

We had coffee and dessert here one evening. Delicious! Also, as we were staying in the Hotel Imperial (attached to this café), we had breakfast here daily.

Having watched nearly all of Erik Steins shows because he doesn't just focus on cooking, we found ourselves in Vienna few days ago and went to the Imperial Hotel Cafe for our Wiener Schnitzel experience! Firstly we couldn't afford to stay at this hotel but...More

A fairly limited menu, but all dishes excellent. A beautiful, newly-renovated cafe in Vienna's most famous hotel. Relaxed atmosphere and seldom crowded. The best Wiener Schnitzel in Vienna! Served with a superb mixed salad. Also the best in Vienna!

This cafe is located in a posh Hotel with the same name. Nice melange and cake. Nice view. Enjoy some time for a rest.

Due to Rick Stein's recommendation of the Wiener Schnitzel at Café Imperial, I made a reservation for my father's 70th birthday. I can confirm those who ordered the schnitzel were very impressed, my husband enjoyed his potato soup and beef dish but I wasn't so...More

Awful abysmal service. The maitre D clearly doesn't give a damn about creating a good impression. Had breakfast here 3 times as it was included in our stay. Worst service I have ever ever had in a hotel of this level. The only reason I...More

Don't expect a lot on the ambiance, even if the hotel. The food is not bad. We had a couple of regular items here like the Schnitzel and the Vienna Sausage. I bet you can get the same type of food at a much lower...More
