Despite food was good, I rate the service as average. Had a Tomato soup as a starter which was nothing special but the main - Riso funghi porcini, I have nothing to complain. Not the best restaurant in Vienna, but still 3 stars

This was the best Italian food we had in Vienna and the service was an improvement on the service we had had in most restaurants in the City. We even took some take away back to the hotel for my daughter as the food was so good.

Very nice restaurant, good food, amazing pizza. I can recommend it for having a good dinner and a glass of wine or for a quick lunch break.

We ate here twice during our Christmas holidays in Vienna. Food was good and that is why we returned for a second time. It is on a side street with Mariahilfer, the main shopping street in Vienna. The staff are so friendly that they make you feel at home. We ate some good Italian pizza and pasta here and prices... More

So, from what should we start? :-) Location: good, centrally placed if you are having a walk on Mariahilferstraße. Otherwise do not bother to get to this place. Other good part: in the area plenty of other much more possible better options to be find. Personal: a little bit of too much with this Italian style exaggeration. It was nothing... More

We ordered our food. One of us ordered a Pizza that was not on the menu: A white Pizza (without Tomatos), Spinach, Mozzarella, Mascarpone, and Funghi. The cook charged 16,60 for this special Pizza, which was the most expensive Pizza from the menu (13,70) plus smoked ham (2,90. Eventhough we did not even order smoked ham). We complained about the... Staying in Neubau

Neighbourhood Profile
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
