Location is great - only a few steps from Stephansplatz. From the bar of the restaurant you can see the cathedral. Very good food combination - modern italian cuisine with international influences. Very good sorted wine card Very recommended

We dined here on our last evening in Vienna. Service was great and the menu is very affordable. The veal tongue pasta and halibut were outstanding to start with. The halibut had a very unique presentation and arrived looking like crime brûlée. The flavor was well balanced and delicious. For dinner I had the veal tomahawk which was the crowd... More

My wife and I went there for lunch there last week and the both the food and the view were great. The service was also quite good. About the only disappointment was a couple near us who were very loud. But that is not the restaurant's fault (they were not so loud that one could justify intervening)

I was often in Settimo Cielo for a couple of times this summer for a business lunch and everytime I was there, it was always indeed excellent. The service was very good not to mention the 2 or 3-course menu available for business lunch. My compliments to Mr. Anton Schultes , the Restaurant Manager, for having an efficient staff!!!!

An enjoyable place to stay with friends, share a drink or two, spend some good time chatting, and at the same time savoring the views over the city.

Very centrally located close to Stephansplatz this rooftop restaurant offers amazing views over the roofs of Vienna. It's a fine dining italian restaurant with friendly service, but the menu was promising a little more than what was on offer. The kitchen didn't really live up to the expectations. Saying this the food was good, as a starter Halibut crème brulėe... More

We were in town touring with our sons' orchestra (we are from U.S.) and this place was recommended by our tour guide. We were staying at the hotel for our 30 wedding anniversary and booked the restaurant for a meal, everything want well. The food and service was very good, unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to take advantage of the views over the city, slightly expensive but this was expected as this is a quality establishment.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
