We came to this restaurant, we were 3 families and 8 people in total, before we went there I called and asked for fish for 6 people and the girl that answered me(Katereh) said: no problem we have, but when we get there the owner...said sorry we have only 3 fishes and after couple of minutes he said ok we have for four people and actually the fourth one was 3-4 peaces of unknown and several fishes, the “soltani” and “joojeh” that we ordered came almost cold and we had service after 2 other tables that actually came after us, it was very disappointed.More

We firstly wanted to go to the Pars restaurant which is close to Hafes but it was closed for summer holiday. We checked the trip advisor and according to opening hours Hafes should be closed at 5pm. As we were nearby we gave a shot...and went there. Surprisingly, it was open and they said that they are open from morning to night. We tried a dish for two and it was great! Happy to not give up!More

The menu was not in English so the owner suggested us food and we ate that. The food was nice and felt closer to home. The red chilly chutney he gave us was the best. Hadn't eaten chillies like that since we had started from...India for the trip. We let go drinks as the food was nice and too much.More

It’s really hard to find a Persian restaurant with a good juje kebab - I was in Hafes and it was perfect - try it - really delicious

Had nice lunch at Hafes, food is of very good quality and taste. Well presented. I was however very disappointed with the cold attitude of the service personnel. No greetings. Really very inattentive. Took ages to get something to request. To the extent of unpolit....However, will go again just because of the food, good alternative to Pars which is round the corner, however with very unprofessional staff.More

The food is great! We tested different sorts of food there and they were all cooked well. The size of meals are well chosen. The taste of food is undoubtedly as what it should be. Staff quite nice and kind, with excellent service. Don't forget...the tea ;)More

I was there with my bf to show him Iranian cuisine and I couldn't be more ashamed! baghalipolo & mahiche which tasted like nothing! baghali is the mane part of that rice which they said they don't have it!!! and I've never seen carrot in...the mahiche stew in my life! nowhere in Iran! I'm so sorry that some people might judge delicious Iranian cuisine based on this terrible restaurant!

First, we tried their food in Vienna film festival in front of "Rathaus". Delicious iranian foods, they make me feel I am in Iran especially "زرشک پلو با مرغ".
