Completely unimpressive. The location is nice though. I ate far better desserts in most places in austria

This was a quaint cafe. Small, friendly staff, and flaky strudel. They have savory, fruit, and chocolate strudel. Just wish it had been warm enough to sit at tables outside with further covered chairs. I loved trying Austrian wine for the first time too. Just bring cash as they don't take bank cards.

There were four of us on this occasion in Innsbruck on a freezing day, -8 degrees and snowing when we found this little gem of a cafe. We chose to have a hot chocolate and a pastry and take advantage of the warm and cosy space. We were served by Stephanie who made us a fantastic chocolat chaud in the... More

Located in Altstadt. Primarily a sweet strudel place with coffee drinks , but they have wonderful savory strudels as well- spinach, speck and kraut, etc. Spoke with very friendly manager for while. Busy for a reason. Apfel strudel "mit sauce" a feast for eyes and tastebuds. Speck and kraut good too. Many more.

They do their strudels pretty well. Tried both their savoury and sweet ones - both were good. But you have to pay extra for whipped cream and/ or vanilla sauce (>€2) which to me is quite ridiculous.

Great cake, strudel, coffee, hot chocolate and more. Esterhazy Cake and Carrot especially recommended. Children and dog friendly.

Great warm little place in the heart of Innsbruck with great variety of delicious strudels. A non smoking place with nice traditional interior. We tried the trio sweet strudel which combined three varieties apple, hazelnut and one more. The apple strudel part was fantastic! Nice hot chocolate and good espresso, but very poor variety of tee. The waiter was very... More

Many different types of strudel, including savoury ones, which were not too expensive around 4€ each and good coffee/hot chocolate which again was reasonably priced. Cafe is a reasonable size and comfy seating maybe 45 people maximum. Wait staff however were quite surly and offered only curt instructions on what to do, e.g. order at the table. Only negative to... Strudel-cafe Kroll was a 'must' during our visit to the Innsbruck Christmas markets. Warm and welcoming on a cold day, if a little cramped. Cosy would be more the word! The strudels are delicious and very plentiful. Excellent coffee too. Well worth a visit.
