A solid choice if you're after more 'traditional' Austrian / Germanic food (think sausages, pretzels, and sauerkraut), but it's nothing special. The food and beer is exactly what you'd expect for the price, which is on the low side. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but...More

Really a must visit place when in Innsbruck. Spacious building with different areas for food and drinking. Very busy even from late afternoon so get there early if you want to settle in for the night. Great local atmosphere with music and seems very popular...More

Food was really great with a neat atmosphere. But the service left much to be desired. I am an American, so I won’t judge too hard. I would still recommend.

Very good local food (try the bauerngrostl), in big, open dining areas. Be prepared to share your table. Heavily used by locals and students

We went out for dinner in Innsbruk and a friend of us had recommend this place. The place is very characteristic and it feels as if you were in a castle. We had the veal snitzel and the ragu. Both dishes were very nice, and...More

It is not easy to eat well in innsbruch due to the mass of cheap tourists but in sriftkeller you find tasty and genuine traditional dishes , in a nice atmosphere. Staff is quick and effective

The entrance to the restaurant was definitely not inviting, but once inside it had the charm of 19th century Baravia. Menu had a nice variety of appetizers, entries, and desserts. The Beer selection was limited. Customers can smoke in the front room, but if you...More

Well, as far as I remember they serve different kinds of meat (pork included). But I don't know if their methods for the lamb and the cow meat are halal. I don't remember seeing any specific mark for that.
