Order the Pumpkin Gnocchi! Browned butter and Parmesan cheese are the only accompaniments. It has been the best meal I've had since I've been in Austria, and I've already been to Vienna and Graz. My daughter had a delicious chicken salad then finished lunch with a Passion Fruit and chocolate brownie dessert. The atmosphere is beautiful and the waitstaff is... More

Love the cafe bazaar. It has bel one a tradition for us to go there at least once every time we visit especially the day before our departure. It is a Salzburg landmark. We enjoy the service, the relaxed warm atmosphere and the variety of food and drinks offered. Never miss this great place.

Great location but very very small portions for breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs on toast was literally 1 cheap slice of bread with only just enough egg to cover half the slice. The fresh orange juice was the best part here but lacked ice meaning it was warm so all in all very disappointing visit.

The café is in a great spot to relax and have a coffee and dessert, or light lunch. The staff is efficient and the food good. It is a bit touristy, but the ambience is definitely Austrian Café and amiable. all in all not bad and worth a try.

We really enjoyed our soup, coffee and cake. We decided to sit indoors because it was quieter and we could admire the low-key art deco interior, and soak up the traditional cafe atmosphere. Would recommend.

I'd seen mixed reviews, but after walking around in the rain for quite some time, we looked in, thought it looked nice and decided to stop for a drink. We had two glasses of prosecco (a bit tiny unfortunately because it was absolutely delicious in my view) for about 4-4.5 euros for a glass. Our waiter was really nice, efficient... More

We decided to visit Cafe Bazar because it's in an ideal place right along the river. However this seems to be it's only redeeming feature. After we found a table ourselves, the tall waitress with a brown bob took our drinks order. We asked for large glasses of beer and this seemed to be the first thing she turned her... More

The cafe is well-known and now I know why. The service is excellent and the views of the river are amazing. The patio is large and the lighting is great. My cappuccino was creamy and foamy, without being watered down. The cafe interior is also pretty royal-looking, which makes a nice ambience.

We read a lot about this place and the design (which is quite unique) so this raised high expectations. When we arrived the place was about 50-60% full, and it took us about 10 minutes to get the menu (the staff is friendly and speak English quite good). About the design, it's old fashioned (which is a good thing in... More
