It is very good. We highly recommended it. Fast and efficient service, not matter what some people have criticized. The prices are very fair (2 cappucino and 3 croissants for 7euro - the food and coffee are very good. The breakfast / lunch menu is varied and features Italian dishes and pastries. We came here 4 times.

Me and my friend ordered 2 savoury crepes which took quite a while to be ready...staff was so nice and polite they offered us 2 glasses of Prosecco and 2 Desserts as well for the waiting. Also at the end, crepes were really tasty. Very pleased by the service! Thanks guys !

A few months ago I wrote a review of Dolci Peccati, and made comments to the effect that spending a few minutes in the company of their energetic waitress was the best way to start the day.
I take back nothing of that, but sadly had to delete the review for technical reasons, which appear to have been misunderstood.
Well, the upside of deleting my first review is that I now get a chance to write a second!
Today I dropped in on Dolci Peccati at lunchtime, and had one of their reasonably priced and famous "mixed plates."
I was served (eventually) by a delightful young lady from Nepal, and although I am staying at Hostel On this time, which is a fair walk away in the heat, it was worth the effort.
They really pull together as a team in Dolci Peccati, and it's a joy to visit them, at any time of day. I'll be back.

We entered this place as all the other nice places around are closed at this season. Nobody said hello, we went upstairs and the ceiling beam are so low that I bumped my head in one of them, on the top of the stairs, and started bleeding, the waitress looked at me, did say a word and left. We ordered two expressos, and waited 15 min then we waited an other 15 min to see somebody upstairs and we were told by neighbours that we had to pay downstairs. The cashier was busy wrapping cakes and asked us to wait and stay quiet. Awful. This place should be banned for the tourists. Extremely rare to see such bad attitude in a such bad place, with such bad service. Rude.

There is nothing good I can say about this restaurant.
I ordered an omelette that comes with chips and toast but I’d asked for salad instead of toast. I got dry toast, dry salad and a sort of omelette.
The waitress walked off before we could point out it was wrong and ask for some seasoning/dressing.
My partner ordered a breakfast that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, barely identifiable.
This restaurant obviously doesn’t care about repeat business. Or their customers in general.

Upon first entering the staff were happy to assist and showed us a range of food options and their recommendations.
After buying the food I did not receive my change, they claimed they forgot I had given them €20 and not €10. They were nice enough and quickly rectified this.
I got a chicken wrap which was full of bones and leaked all out of the packet, very poor. I would recommend the pastry options however.

This place, looked, very nice! Was clean and tidy but wow, the food and the service was a completely different story.
Me and my partner, ordered the carbonara and the 4 cheese pizza. Both were absolutely horrendous. The carbonara more so than the pizza, so we ate as much of the pizza between the 2 of us, but the carbonara untouched apart from us trying it. Once finished it took a good 20 minutes for someone to come and check on us. I mentioned how horrible the food was and we couldn’t eat it and the server simply replied with “ok cash or card”. Unbelievable!

In my trip in Malta I had the pleasure of enjoy of this lovely cafe next to my hotel. The waitress are extremely friendly and they have a smile in the face (you can feel that even with the face mask). The coffee is very nice but croissants are amazing!! I recommend the place suitable for any time: breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We absolutely loved this restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner literally any time of day. The food is amazing, the staff are so nice and energetic.
All the staff are incredibly welcoming & friendly, but the real heart of the place is from Lola .

I really love the pastries and coffee there! Been a few times but cannot stay there longer than 15 minutes. There's always this waitress that is shouting, speaking with all her colleagues and her "favourite men clients". So disappointing that I cannot simply just go there and enjoy my coffee.

My wife and I visited this restaurant a few times during our stay in St.Julians. We found food offering to be a great choice including Pizza, Toasties, Salad and not forgetting the delicious Gelato Ice Cream -- wow ! Service received always very efficient and friendly. Thank you

I like the location and the place, as well. I enjoy being there on the terrace, usually in summer. The coffee, cappuccino and food are good. The prices are reasonable.
The service, I don't know, to be honest. I´m not really convinced with the service because the waiters don't care about giving at least average services. In my opinion, they should improve their level of service because they have high qualified competitors.
I´d go only in case I can´t find another option available in that area.

Quick pit stop for breakfast and a cuppa. The restaurant was buzzing with tourists and locals (always a good sign) very friendly staff and helpful. I had a poached eggs with avocado smash on sour dough bread a great serving and taste was perfect. Hubbie’s just had a croissant with jam which rapidly disappeared. Definitely recommend

Food is good, prices are reasonable. Hygiene is seriously lacking. In Sliema sofas are rarely wiped clean, if ever, and general hygiene leaves much room for improvement. Tried the one at Tigne Point, waiter serving us had his visor lifted at all times, so he might as well remove it.

Great little find, excellent cafe latte and lots of other sweet Italian delicacies to try, lots of locals eating & drinking which tells you all you need to know. Friendly attentive service with a smile & thankful for your custom. Really recommend you stop by, no need for Costa when you have these sort of places.
