It is just like the movie, it is definitely a place to stop and grab a white Russian or milk shake. Take your chance at the wheel and you might win a few beers

Great background music, film on big screen. Tasty (and very sweet!) milkshakes, good (and quick) burger. Friendly service and cosy tables. Only let down was lack of gluten free options.

We visited Lebowski bar based on recommendations re reasonable prices. The atmosphere was great. We had a lebowski and bunny lebowski burgers with fries and soda and it came to around £30-£35. I know, it's not cheap, but it's cheap if you're in Reykjavik. The food was average - you get what you pay for, basically. There was a long... More

The cheapest beer was £9 a pint. That's a lot no matter how you look at it. I suppose the current value of the pound isn't helping. And Iceland is seriously expensive. But I just thought I'd point this out as some reviewers keep writing 'reasonably priced'. Perhaps if you're on a London wage.

Our first night in Reykjavik we stopped in here to get some food. The main highstreet in the city is full of eateries so we were having a hard time deciding but this bar stood out as looked fun and to top it off had an excellent decal on the door expressing that if you were racist, sexist, homophobe or... My friends and I were in Reykjavik over the New Years holiday. We went to several bars during the trip but this one was consistently the most enjoyable. It was always full of people, some bad 80's music (which was fun), and a good mix of locals and travelers.

We visited here on 8th Jan, food was good but service was not great. They forgot our jalapeño poppers and were quite slow in general. Food was good however. Milkshakes are powdery, not worth the 1050kr (£8) that they charge for what tasted like nesquick. After the meal we paid at the bar and my partner mistakenly gave 9000kr instead... More

Great place to go for a drink and a bite to eat. The happy hour offers some really good offers and the drinks are reasonably priced. Staff are also friendly and the place offers table service.

Visited for an early dinner with my wife. Had the wings which were delicious. Considering how expensive Iceland is, prices were reasonable
