My nephew and I were only in Iceland 3 nights...but we ended up coming here 3 times - twice for breakfast crepes and once for ice cream...though very pricey ($30 each crepe visit), we really enjoyed the crepes!

We ate here three times during our trip to Iceland. And each time was more delicious than the last. They did Gluten-Free (also lactose free and vegan) flour for the crepes, which was an absolute treat for me. I had a ham and cheese GF...More

The ice cream was really good, the pancakes are bit big for me it's more than a desert. The sherbet ice was really tasty. I heard by the costumers in front of us that they serve ice cream with no nuts. You can get crepes...More

We enjoyed this ice-cream/gelato on a recent trip! In addition to traditional flavors, this shop also has some very unique ones--and lots of toppings. We didn't have the crepes, but they also looked wonderful. This is a great spot for a quick snack with very...More

My partner and I travelled to Reykjavik and spotted the sign out the front advertising crepes and immediately darted towards it. The staff were quick to point out and reassure us that all the crepes were made from buckwheat and were naturally gluten free. I...More

The crepes are amazing. I wish the ice cream could match them! I got a crepe with Nutella and vanilla ice cream on the side. The shop is open late and seems to be always busyMore

Description
Our shop sells CREPES, COFFEES and ICE CREAMS, with the possibility to blend them together with the unique flavour of Eldur og is, that means ... fire and ice. From the crepe's menu you may choose sweet or savoury, organic spelt or VEGAN, LACTOSE and GLUTEN FREE. The menu is "free"! Basically you choose your own ingredients from the list. We suggest you to try it with ice cream too. The coffees and the teas that we use are selected and roasted from Tea & kaffi, leader in Iceland for quality coffees. Personally I suggest you to try the Affogato al caffé, that is the perfect blend of the typical Icelandic character ... fire and ice. For Icelanders when you say ice creams, they are thinking Kjoris! Traditional family business, two generations old of ice makers working constantly on the quality of products and production. We are using their ice creams as solo or with our knowledge of blend them with hot crepes or coffees, giving a characteristic flavour of ... Eldur og is. Then we have few more options on hot chocolates, milk shakes and blizzards. Soon or later we will enrich our list of HEALTHY products, but that is our near future. For now accept and enjoy our service and variety of products to satisfy young and happy-mature people.
