Nice homely place that are hard to find to day. We all had different dishes but all the food was extremely good. Best part is that the prices are also good :)

This is a moderately priced (for Iceland) neighborhood restaurant frequented by Icelanders with lots of typical Icelandic meal choices on the menu. Service was prompt and friendly.

We had lunch for a large group at Lauga-as. The food was nothing special. The most remarkable on the dining experience was that one of the waiters were so rude. He even "hushed" us once. Ended up leaving the restaurant without finishing our drinks.
