Charming cafe with a very convenient location, right in the city center. We stopped quickly for a cafe latte to get out of the rain and ended up taking our time and staying for a while. The cafe wasn't overly busy, but did have a steady stream of customers due to its convenient location. I would recommend stopping here at... More

Young and international crowed, nice coffee and cakes, cozy atmosphere, but: when we entered all (!) guests where starring at there devices! Therefore: no noise :-)

Good food and good service. But the downside of the experience is that the place is very cramped so it is not for people with claustrofobia. The tables and chairs were tilting which was very annoying when you eat or lean on the table.

We recently visited Iceland and on our first day we spent the day getting our bearings around Reykjavik. The weather wasn't much fun either and by 1pm fish I was desperate for a sit down and a drink. Stofan looked really inviting. The menu was organic and healthy and the cakes and pastries looked amazing. I had a gluten free... More

We visited Iceland and were walking around Reykjavik when we stopped for a quick bite to eat - I had read an Icelandic locals blog and I knew that they did some vegan options, on this basis I believe that all of their soup bases are vegan. I enjoyed a sweet potato and lentil soup which was really lovely, it's... More

Nice and cosy inside with a real authentic feel. Great mixture of furniture make the place. We had some nice hot chocolates and coffees for a quick warm up before heading to the harbour.

This old house, used to be home to an wonderful antique store, now it is a coffee house and equally wonderful. It is good for a cup of coffee or tea with a cake, but just as lovely for a glass of wine or a beer with friends. They have a room that can be reserved for larger parties and... More

Great coffee shop that also serves food. A really cosy and friendly place. Right in the heart of the old town.

Lovely venue, really quaint and food decor. Service is pretty rubbish, no friendly smiles or happy to help attitude. You carry your own drinks from the order point to your table (even though there was 4 members of staff behind the counter) and breakfast menu was limited. Nice enough but nothing special for me.
