Harrys has a great varied menu, nice ambience and friendly staff. We had the haddock, and the fish & chips, and both were excellent. They do a happy hour up to 630pm so try and get in before that

Went here on our last night in Reykjavik looking for a steak. Would highly recommend this place. Service was excellent and it was one of the best meals we had in Iceland. Reasonable priced in comparison to other steakhouses.

Had the Lobster tails and they simply melted in my mouth. I would definitely recommend the food here. Staff were friendly and attentive. Like most Restaurants in Reykjaavik city centre, , prices are overly high. Tourists should come here expecting to pay over-inflated prices or else it will be hard to enjoy yourself and reconcile yourself to this blatant overcharging.

We called in without a reservation and, despite being busy, we were welcomed in and given warm and attentive service all evening. The food was to die for - amazing flavours and really good sized portions. Highly recommend the Lobster soup with langoustine tails, shrimp in tempura; lamb shank and grilled lamb chops (the name doesnt do the dish justice... More

Just back from a lovely meal at Harry's. A real mix of eclectic foods, Curry, Chinese and traditional. I had the fish which was fantastic and the chips were not quite what we have in the UK but lovely just the same. Husband had lobster which was lovely, quite about of garlic (so kiss spouse before eating !) Mum had... More

We had a meal here whilst staying in Reykjavik, we had the lamb shanks and I can say that this meal was the best meal we had in the city. If travelling to see the northern lights, all the restaurants are expensive and expect to spend £50 each for a meal. In this restaurant, the food was good and the... More

We had a nice meal at Harry's. Two members of our party needed gluten free and they were very knowledgeable and accommodation. As with all restaurants in Iceland the food was quite expensive, but we enjoyed our meal

My sister in law and I ate at Harry's on the last night of our break. Wish we had found this lovely place sooner. The lamb shank according to my sister in law was delicious., and the sea food pasta which I ordered was perfection, with scallops that melted in your mouth. Starters of Prawn tempura and Prawn Cocktail were... More

We had a very good meal here in the capital. I had a superb grilled fillet of lamb with red wine sauce and my wife enjoyed a chicken dish. We washed it down with an Argentinian Sauvignon Blanc. Great meal.

Having walked into the city from the Hilton on the first day of our stay in Reykjavik we came across this restaurant on the main shopping street. As with most places in the city it appeared quite understated. Inside, the restaurant was nothing too flashy but it was warm, welcoming and cosy feeling. We did not have a reservation but... More
