I had the most delicious fish soup I have ever had at Cafe Haiti, if you happen to visit Reykjavik do not miss the opportunity to visit this marvelous place located at the harbor, with a magnificent view! I highly reccomend this place!

This place was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel and it had a lot of great reviews so we decided to try. The menu was pretty simple but also had a variety of choices from breakfasts, to soups, to sandwiches. I ordered the Haiti wrap-- it was delicious! Everything on the menu sounded and looked great as well.The... More

They import coffee beans from Haiti, and make the best espresso in Reykjavík! Cafe Haiti also have a variety of cakes and Icelandic food - perfect for a reasonably prized lunch - and the atmosphere near the old harbor is perfect for a relaxed and very enjoyable visit.

The food was really good quality, and the prices were a lot lower than other cafes in the city. The service was great and the cakes were absolutely delicious!

After reading the positive reviews before our trip it was a MUST to go in when we passed this on our first day. This sweet little cafe was lovely and my partner who is a coffee fanatic loved the beans they had used in our cappuccinos. We made sure to return on our last day and treated ourselves to a... More

Great service, beautiful lady serving helped me out on my first day when I didn't have change yet, heated my cake when I came in cold from a whale watching trip and was generally lovely. The perfect café for a chill out or warm up! The food was all delicious and coffee and hot chocolate spot on. I made a... More

Popped into Cafe Haiti for a light meal before heading to the Blue Lagoon. The lady behind the counter was lovely, and quickly made us a ham and cheese croissant, as we were running late to catch our bus. The croissant was light and flaky, and was exactly what we needed, but the service was the best part.

Description
Cafe Haiti is a small cafe by Reykjavik's Old harbor. We buy our coffee from farmers in Haiti. We roast the coffee in the shop and serve quality coffee as espresso, macciato, cappuccino, latte, Arabic and Turkish coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate. Soups, pies and croissants as well as our fumes breast so if you are coming from the flight in the morning the stop and see oss for breakfast and we also have good lunch. We also have food to go if you are going on the whale watching. We have sometime live music so be in touch and hope you are in town when we have live music.
