Me and my good friend went there about 9pm to get some sushi to take with us. the lady who was serving us was so nice and helpful and we did not wait long for 30+ sushi bites. Really good service and delicious sushi! will definetely go there again sometime.

My visit was the second time i tried sushi. Probably the reason why i agreed to go there is because they offered sticks of chicken as well. At least if i didn't liked it i had something to fall back on. But the sushi that i tried was so good that my fallback choice was not needed, but of course... More

The staff was very friendly here and we had good chats with a couple of them. The sushi was unique and imaginative, reflective of the area rather than being a clone of another area. It was clean, efficient, and the atmosphere was good. Definitely a place to try out!

I've been there a couple of times, most of the times for take-away. The sushi is okay, but nothing great, but it's pretty cheap compared to other sushi available in Akureyri and they also offer student discount. It's okay to eat in as well, but the service is at times slow which comes down on the quality of the food.... More

I have ignored this place in the past but decided to try a sampler of sticks and sushi to try it out and was hoping for a pleasant surprise. The sticks were average and some of them were on the bone which I didn't like at all. The sushi was below standards. I've never seen nigiri rice pillows so big... More

First let me say, I come from a place not known for seafood or sushi so my review might be a little colored from what I'm used to but Kung Fu serves some pretty decent food. We had no issue with the service as other posters have mentioned. In fact, they gave us a complimentary salmon roll that "some one... More

Sadly, this is the only restaurant that my wife and I have actually walked out of, before receiving our food. The service here may be the worst in any restaurant, anywhere in the world. It's really bordering on comedic in nature. First, no one to greet you at the door. No one to bring menus. No one to take an... More

I consider myself a seasoned sushi eater - not in Japan though, so I cannot say I'm an expert. I had a hard time figuring out the pricing for the different sizes and service was really slow. Got some tiny tiny rolls on my dish, which explains the price setting... Did not taste so much. My son had the chicken... More

When I was there the staff were not in a good mood I think and we had to wait for our food for a very long time, Just ordered normal sushi that does not take that long to make and there were not many people there, the waiter didn't even apologize for the wait. But he food was good! But... More
