They serve an AMAZING orange& walnut cake, delicious lentil soup, filled baked potatoes (plus salads, savoury pastries, etc). And the prices are some of the best in town. Not a fan of their teas though.. they seem not the freshest.

This was my first visit. Sunday around 4 pm and it was packed. My friends described it as a mostly FIKA place. I ordered moussaka which came with a salad. It was very good. The portion looked small but was filling. No room for dessert

Nice and old place, you feel that is not very clean place and very old furniture. I was there with friends, i loved the tea most time, but be careful of old sweets!

A little hard to find if you don't know where to look. It is in the southwest corner of the Stora Torget up a flight of stairs. The setup feels a little bit like being at my grandparents house, but it is warm and cozy. Nice place to spend a rainy and/or cold afternoon in Uppsala with coffee and kanelbullar.

I am a student in Uppsala and I love going for Fika to Storken. It is very cosy with a great atmosphere, a very charming spot. There are lots of delicious cakes and pastries, with various choices to suit all tastes. You also get free refills on coffee which is a bonus.

Visited this with one of my friends and we each got a hot chocolate with whipped cream and a slice of the chokladkaka with ice cream and it was actually a taste of heaven. However, afterward we nearly got sick from the chocolate overload. That was self-inflicted so potential customers need not worry about getting drunk on chocolate if they... More

Storken is a very eccentric, slightly bizarre, mix-match of decor, interior design, foods and drinks. Overlooking the city square from the second floor, the window tables offer a nice view. None of the tables or chairs, or even tablecloths or paintings, particularly match. Amazingly, instead of looking either pretentious or just plain ugly, Storken manages to convey a real and... More

It's one of the nicest cafes in town and I love coming here. They have amazing hummus sandwiches but they don't have any vegan cakes which can make it a bit boring to come here as a vegan. I still do just to drink tea and hang in the cozy sofas but I would enjoy this place even more with... More

Storken in the most wonderful place to drink tea and eat pie in Uppsala, also with The Linnea Caffe. There are a lot of varieties of teas, pies, even the tables are different among each other. They have a spare place for smokers, which makes it easier for them during the winter time. In summer time, they have a little... More

This place is quite cozy and the pastry and food is good. Everything here has more of a home-made touch, which is quite nice.
