Very nice place to stay. The waiter is very welcoming and the lunch deal was worth the price. The cheese naan wasn't the best I ate tho. Still recommend that place!!

While the amount of seats inside is fairly limited and gives it a nice atmospere, the afternoon sun is perfect for your visit. The personnel is agile, humble and keen to serve which provides for an excellent experience. Being new in town, this was our first visit to this restaurant but we are sure to be back soon. The prices... More

Service was really good and food served quickly. Prices are reasonable. Lamb meet was a very average and not particularly recommended. Best part was Meat Samosa / Piroq. Even considered buying some for lunch next day.

My daughter lives in the neighborhood so we on occasion do some takeaway from here. Small place that servers nice Indian food, the sizzler and the more spicy currys/pots are nice. Its not the shiniest or best place, but good enough for a night with some spicy food.

We went to one of our favorite Indian restaurants yesterday to enjoy their tasty food and amazing hospitality but found out on arrival that a new owner had taken over. Unfortunately standards had also gone out the backdoor. For the samosas were still half frozen from having been hastily heated, the Goa chicken we had was nowhere near the original... More

Easy and one of the Indian restaurants in the neighbourhood in Hornstull. Was really good back in early 2000 something, dropped around 2007 and latest visit was better than before. SO I hope they continouy to develop and get some new dishes on their menu

I've only eaten here during lunch time, so I can't comment on their dinner service. The restaurant is small and cozy, and nicely decorated. Definitely above average for an Indian restaurant in Södermalm. The food is very tasty and well prepared. I've eaten at many different Indian restaurants in the area, and this is definitely one of the better ones.... More

The meat samosa was definitely pre-made and frozen. Overly greasy and chewy dough. The Chicken Tikka Butter Masala sauce was sweet while the chicken itself was extremely over salted. The menu stated that the Mashala Naan had spices but the obviously meant "sprinkled with sesame seeds" I cam to find out from other Indian Restaurant menus in Stockholm stated that... More

Staying in Hornstull & Langholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Hornstull & Langholmen
If you love having a drink by the sea right on the beach (and who doesn’t?) Hornstull & Långholmen should be on top of your list. The area was recently redeveloped and now not only offers artsy bars and edgy restaurants but also a post-modern shopping mall complex for urban retail therapy. Hornstull belongs to the more established and sophisticated neighborhoods in Stockholm and is the typical place where you’ll find Swedish dads meeting for a latte during their paternal leave, or where local office workers meet up at the art cinema for a drink or a movie after work. The beaches in Hornstull and Långholmen are popular destinations for barbeques and sunbathing during the summer. Bring sunscreen.
