This was neither our first or last visit to this establishment. We like the bistro-style atmosphere, a bit outdated but also some of the charm, a place for a familydinner or for a dinner for two. The place is known for its shellfish and our...More

Clearly steamed mussels are their specialty. Many different ways prepared. Cooked to perfection, not overdone. Preferred the mussels in white wine sauce. Very tender. Also oysters on the half shell excellent. Generally prefer bluepoint as I am American but the Normandies were tender and salty....More

A busy and fun place with a great mix of locals and tourists. We enjoyed our evening at this traditional, but laidback restaurant famous for its fish dishes and seafood platters. We started with the house champagne by the glass, followed by scallops and asparagus...More

Lovely bar, good wines to choose from by glass. The place oozes with history-it is in the same building where the famous author Astrid Lindgren lived.

We were taken here for a meal by a local who loves this restaurant. To be honest I have had better meals, the service was slow and rather grumpy. It was also exorbitantly priced for what it was, I wouldn't choose to return here.

Classic restaurant well known for their sea food platters and oysters. French bistro touch, loud and great service. We had a sea food platter with really good oysters and a pretty meaty lobster, we had to leave some shrimps because it was too much. Pretty...More

The only thing prestigious about Wasahof's Seafood Plateau (incidentally named "Prestige") was its exorbitant price. Lacking vital ingredients (langoustines) it wasn't close to matching the price of close to SEK 2 000:- Eating seafood is a messy business and when we asked for a new...More

I loved this place! It's located in the central area of Stockholm. It was a classic bistro...the food was delicious and the atmosphere was busy...filled with neighborhood people. I had the steak frites and my friend the mussels (moules frites)...both were made to perfection!

Who'd have thought you'd find a really nice French bistro, not in Paris, but in Stockholm. I sat at the bar with my friend who was sampling their different local beers, whilst downing oysters. I had the plat du jour - steak, tomatoe and onion...More

Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost
looks too good to be true. It has the winning
combination of a central location, tranquility, and
beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and
eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s
most sought-after place to live. If walking through
this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy
tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s

We pick our inspiration from the Bistro culture in France. Therefore, we have a wide menu that includes everything from seafood plateaus to fine fish, lamb, steaks and room temperature French cheeses. Our specialty is oysters. We also organize wine tastings in our wine cellar.
