The food was simply amazing. The set menu and matching wine was exquisite. But what made the evening was the beautiful service. So friendly, knowledgeable but unpretentious. Fab. The food sang out with some amazing flavours and textures I’ve never had. The wine matched perfectly....More

I have been taken to this restaurant as a guest for a dinner to mark an important event. A set menù with wine to match (one was a memorable white, possibly one of the best I gave ever tasted). 5 taste courses beautifully presented with...More

No, not really, but Pubologi is in fact fantastic! Its easy and straightforward; there's a five course menu, to which you may add five expertly paired wines if you so desire. And that's it, you are set for one of the best meals you could...More

An excellent restaurant in Gamla Stan. Lovely ambiance, interesting decor and open windows to the cobbled streets of Gamla Stan. The service was excellent. The menu is fixed and had an interesting slight Japanese influence. There is an opportunity to adjust a little some plates...More

Presently (July 2017) refurbishing and opening again August 3. AFAIK, a bit new layout of the restaurant and a short tasting manu will be coming up but we will still have the excellent inventive cooking, the great staff and the friendly atmosphere. Sadly, no more...More

The meal was like a string of gems, small and exquisite. I rolled each bite around in my mouth like a good sip of wine, of which I also had several. Get a seat at the window to watch the people on the cobbled streets...More

Delicious the food, careful service, perfect combination of food and beer, great window spot to observe people passing by...and the motto "Fine dining is dead".. said it all

Right in the old town of Stockholm, this place offers an informal gourmet experience. Have several small plates, tapas style, while chatting to the other guests. Perfect place if you want great food but don't feel like going to a posh restaurant.

Ate here with colleagues during a work trip and was really wowed by the food quality. Local and fresh fare, cooked in a creative way. Just a small complaint that the portion size could have been a touch larger, but still left very happy!

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
