Enjoyed my vegan dinner, excellent service and very reasonably priced. This restaurant only serves vegan based food.

Food was very tasty fresh and filling. The venue is a bit cafeteria like but food is great! I’d definitely visit again when next in Northcote.

The space is very large / too large really as I found the environment to not fit in properly on Northcote High Street due to the size / lack of charm. Service was ok. We were told about a specials board but the pair if...us couldn't see it. We had to usher a waitress over to come and serve us as we wanted to place our order. The menu is full of vegan foods - rice - noodles - fake meats. We shared some starters and had noodle mains each. I had a fake chicken dish and it was "ok" but the fake chicken was not the best. Great food and great friendly staff. Huge variety of dishes all vegan including entrees, mains and desserts. Pho soup brilliant and the san Choi bow. Only thing not so good was the banana frittter which must of been green as it was tasteless and hard.

Excellent service, excellent food, share plates, mains, entrees deserts, whole lotta love. So very glad we stumbled across this place, will absolutely come back.

We've been to Loving Hut in Richmond, but had heard such good things about Northcote we made a special trip to check it out. Let me tell you - it was worth the drive!!! The menu was so much more extensive than the Richmond location,...and if mock meats are your thing, this place is heaven! I loved how the tables were not crowded together. There is loads of space to move around and the tables were adorned with little, flickering battery operated candles and green, live assorted plants. Whilst it's not a fancy place, the little touches definitely add an air of comfort. The food came fast but we visited prior to the dinner rush. We had entrees within 10 minutes of ordering and mains within 15 minutes. The food was fresh, HOT and perfect. My only regret? Eating too much! Even so, we couldn't resist ordering 2 desserts to take with us. (which were ALSO delicious, no surprise there!) My goal in life is to keep going back to this Loving Hut until I've ordered everything on the menu. A lofty goal, but so much fun ticking off my list!More

This restaurant has something for everyone, vegan or not. The food is fresh, tasty & satisfying. They have a good variety of options & the service is good. Definitely worth a try
