What happened to this place? It used to be nice and cozy, but The owner, Bernard, has become arrogant and rude lately. Shame! I will miss the delicious cakes :-/

Stumble in after we had visited The Little Mermaid. Wow,this is a hidden gem. Wine, beer, coffee, tasty lunches. And it felt like we had come to cake heaven! All kinds of cakes and all homemade. This place heartily recommended.

We stopped here for lunch as it's a quiet area not so far from the busy Nyhavn that we wanted to avoid... It's a very small place where you can buy takeaway food but where you can also have a seat and enjoy their tasty food. We had an omelette which was served directly in the pan, and it was... More

Four of us had lunch here and all enjoyed the food. Not cheap, though by Copenhagen standards it was, but very good, fresh, well prepared and presented. We followed up with cake and coffee which was excellent and chose cake from a large range on offer. Altogether very good, staff friendly and fun too. Will go again.

Stumbled by and really liked the look for a quick lunch. The place is cosy, with lots of little tables up against the wall, but the atmosphere is very authentic to the owner's style. The display of cakes lured us in, but my God the lunch was delicious. My wife had avocado and poached egg on toasted rye bread (break... More

This little overseen pearl is runned and owned by Frenchman Bernard Berthier. Situated close to the Marble Church in the quiet part of St.Kongensgade it is mostly frequented by locals that knows of the quality and passion that Bernard is characterized by.. The Macarons are to die for.. ;)

I am a fussy eater and finding restaurants to eat in Copenhagen is difficult but I happed to stumble upon Taste and it was awesome! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the best I have ever eaten. I plan on eating here again before I leave Copenhagen.

If it's a rainy or grey day I want to go to Taste - there is something so cozy about the space: The delicious smells from the kitchen/bakery, the friendly atmosphere and what a joy to sit and look at all those yummy cakes - trying to decide what to have for dessert! Taste makes great food too! My favorite... More
