The best Korean barbecue in Copenhagen. Might also be the only one to my knowledge, but nevertheless we had a great time. The food was very enjoyable and the people very friendly.

I don't know anything about Korean food so I can't judge whether it was authentic but it was very nice and fun to sit around the bbq. Very cosy place for a small group and nice staff.

With Japanese friends living in Copenhagen we have joined the place very welcoming and simple. The food was good and with a very broad choice for all tastes. Cooked exactly in front of your eyes is a mix of romance, tradition and exotic. Not expensive, especially for the crazy Danish prices...suggested for all kind of situations, from business till friends... More

You need to eat here if you are looking for a real Korean experince:) This is a small family-owned restaurant. We ordered the bulgogi, of course! And a chicken version as well. The food was delicious! So simple but just soooo tasty! Do order bulgogi, if you eat meat, or get the chicken "version" of it if tou don't... It... More

This restaurant has only two korean things: the name (o mo nim = mother) and a photo of a korean woman. The food is neither korean nor japanese. The menu is written in english and japanese, no korean at all, although the names of the dishes are korean. Bulgogi is cooked on the table on a small gas grill that... More

I was a bit disappointed with this restaurant. We came there to get real authentic Korean food and instead, the menu, the interior and almost everything except the photo of a Korean woman and the restaurant's name - "O mo nim" meaning mother in Korean - in a traditional dress was rather Japanese. I wouldn't be that disappointed if they... More

This is an excellent restaurant, but one that is easily misunderstood. Although it is calls itself a Korean barbeque restaurant, and it is, it is more accurately described as a Japanese style Korean barbeque restaurant. Established by a Korean born in Japan and her Japanese husband, this restaurant serves Korean barbeque every bit as good and authentic as the best... More

Fun to have a Korean BBQ at each table. Family atmosphere. Open on Sundays. Definitely I recommend this restaurant!

Not authentic. The only authentic Korean thing about this place it's the name. A picture of a Korean woman dressed in traditional wear and the fact they serve kimchi. I ordered a number 1 and let me tell you it was not good. Portions were small and bland tasting. I had to pour the soy sauce and garlic sauce to... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
